I keep getting defeated, how can I prevent this?

As you are attacked by monsters, you begin to lose health. Your health is represented by the red bar at the bottom of the screen. As you lose health, the bar will start to empty. You can click the health bar to use a health potion. Potions refill some of your health, and are useful in preventing you from being defeated.

What is this blue bar at the bottom of the screen?

This bar represents your mana. Your special attack (right-click) requires mana to be used. As you use the special attack, some of your mana is used up as well. If you run out of mana, you will be unable to use your special ability. Use a mana potion by clicking the mana bar to refill it and to keep you in the fight!

I ran out of potions, where can I get more?

There are vendors throughout the game that sell health and mana potions. Spend some coins to be sure you are ready for battle.

Some monsters will also drop potions when they are defeated. Walk over the potions with your character to collect them. You can carry up to a maximum of 20 health potions and 20 mana potions at once.

How do I become more powerful?

As you complete quests and defeat monsters, you gain experience which levels your character up. Some monsters drop pet tokens. These tokens can be used to level your pet and make his attacks more powerful. When you collect enough tokens, you can train your pet up to the same level that you are!

Click the pet icon (paw) in the menu bar to open the pet window where you can choose which pets you would like to level up. You can level your pets up to the current level of your character.

Some quests reward you with armor upon completion. Some monsters drop armor as well. These can be equipped to add bonuses to the player's health, mana, defence and damage.

Click the inventory icon (jacket) in the menu bar to open the character window where you can see all the items you have acquired. Here you can change your equipped items, such as your shirt, pants, backpack and jewelery. Members can also change their hats and trinkets.
